Hygiene and cleanliness are most pertinent in the hospitality industry. The Cabins by the Caves management and staff adhere to high standards of cleanliness. We have adopted multiple procedures and best practices to ensure that certain standards are always maintained.

Every housekeeper is provided with a detailed cleaning checklist, and routine supervisory inspections are performed regularly on our cabins and lodges. Each staff member is educated on their role and responsibility to our guests and other team members. We know first impressions are pivotal, and we want to offer our guests peace of mind that this important area is being looked after.

  • Sanitize light switches and remote controls; check light bulbs and ceiling fans
